The Scientific Journal of the Faculty of Foreign Languages recognizes that Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools may assist authors during the preparation of manuscripts. AI technologies may be used only to improve language, grammar, readability, or formatting, provided that their use does not replace the authors’ intellectual contribution. Authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, integrity, and scientific validity of their work.

AI tools must not be used to generate substantial parts of a manuscript, fabricate or manipulate research data, images, references, or citations, or produce scientific interpretations, conclusions, or original scholarly content. Artificial Intelligence systems do not meet the criteria for authorship and therefore cannot be listed as authors or co-authors.

Any use of AI-assisted technologies in the preparation of a manuscript must be clearly disclosed by the authors at the time of submission, including the name of the tool and the purpose for which it was used. Failure to disclose the use of AI, or the inappropriate use of AI technologies, may constitute a breach of publication ethics and may result in the rejection of the manuscript, retraction of the published article, or other editorial actions, in accordance with the Journal’s Publication Ethics Policy.
